These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Duelio (“Duelio”, “we”, “our”, “the Service”). By accessing or using Duelio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use this Service in your country and be able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Duelio on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account using third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google or GitHub) or email/password (if available). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account credentials or access tokens with others, and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content

Duelio may allow you to upload or submit content (such as images, designs, votes, comments, or other materials) (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • By submitting User Content, you grant Duelio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Use automated scraping, bots, or abusive API behavior.
  • Bypass authentication or access restrictions.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if your behavior risks harm to users, the Service, or third parties. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so.

6. Third-Party Services

Duelio may integrate third-party services (including Google and GitHub for login). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Duelio is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We aim to keep Duelio available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer

Duelio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duelio and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using Duelio, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
